Our laboratory is affiliated to School of Psychology, Capital Normal University. The team's research focuses on cognitive and emotional impairments and intervention in mental diseases (including schizophrenia, depression, autism, etc.), and early detection and intervention of mental diseases.

Our main research directions are:

Cognitive and neural mechanisms of cognitive impairments (including prospective memory, mental time travel, mind wandering, time perspective, cognitive control, etc.) in mental diseases;

Intervention of cognitive impairments in mental diseases (including cognitive training, neuromodulation, etc.);

Affective impairments and intervention in mental diseases;

Early identification and intervention of mental diseases.

Admission Directions: Applied Psychology (Ph.D.), Applied Psychology (Academic Master's), Clinical and Counseling Psychology (Professional Master's)

We welcome students with backgrounds in psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, computer science, mathematics, etc., to apply or enroll. Those with experience in neuroimaging research (including MRI, near-infrared imaging, event-related potentials, etc.) will be given priority consideration.
